Julie is a certified NASM personal trainer. She has been improving lives in the Fredericksburg community for five years. Julie practices what she preaches with her own Strength and Endurance training most days of the week. If you are ever having a hard time finding her… check the gym! She is passionate about swimming as well as running and has run her fair share of half-marathons and marathons.
She enjoys working with people of all ages and empowering them to become the best that they can be! She is the owner and operator of Fueled & Fit and is proud to be working with and seeing real results in her amazing clients. In her previous life, Julie was a school teacher. She is thrilled with the opportunity to combine her love of teaching along with her passion for exercise and healthy living into one explosive package that makes a difference in the lives of so many people. Julie believes that exercises should be taught along with explanations given as to why they are appropriate. Healthy living is a journey that promises adventure, challenges, and mountain-top elation that is packed with self-realization and pride for the individual willing to take the journey.
