Matthew received his personal training certification in August 2016 through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He started out as a client with Sarah J. Fitness several years ago and was inspired to pursue a career in personal training. While training with Sarah, it was there where he witnessed and experienced firsthand the motivation and family community that was built there. He has always enjoyed helping others succeed and be their best selves.
While he wants to help anyone he can, he has a passion for expanding his knowledge and expertise in assisting more specific populations such as youth, seniors, and anyone with an ailment or disability that would significantly decrease their ability to exercise.
Matthew wants everyone who trains at Night and Day Fitness to feel just like he did when he first started his fitness journey, part of a family community who while being motivated every day to be their best will also be motivation for others to be their best.
